Conference participants have the possibility to choose one of the following options during the online registration
- Geant4 conference, gala dinner and Geant4 tutorial (7-11 October): 550 euros before July 26th, 2013
- Geant4 conference and gala dinner (7-9 October): 400 euros before July 26th, 2013
- Geant4 tutorial and gala dinner (9-11 October): 240 euros before July 26th, 2013
- Geant4 tutorial only (10-11 October): 150 euros before July 26th, 2013
Access to meeting rooms, WiFi, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches are included. In addition, participants will have the possibility to register for one additional accompanying person gala dinner (90 euros). Higher fees will apply after July 26th till August 30th, 2013 (750 euros, 550 euros, 290 euros and 200 euros respectively).
The gala conference dinner will take place on October 9th late afternoon and evening, in a prestigious « Grand Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan » château, including wine tasting and bus return transfer from conference site and Bordeaux city center.

- the registration process must be done simultaneously as the payment; it is not possible to register and postpone your payment to later or modify later your registration details.
