Registration includes access to meeting rooms, WiFi, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner for the registered participant. The gala conference dinner will take place on October 30th evening at the new Cité du Vin (see access map from conference hotel).
Alternative gala dinner will be provided at "Le Chapon Fin" restaurant for late registrants (see access map from conference hotel).
In both cases, return tram tickets will be provided.
When registering, participants have the possibility to register for one additional accompanying person gala dinner (100 euros).
Important information
- registration AND payment must be done simultaneously at once. It is not possible to first register and later proceed to payment and/or modification of your registration data
- payment by credit card, bank transfer or check is accepted. American Express cards are not accepted.
- thus, please make sure that you have all payment information before beginning the registration process, thank you.
